The Superblue publication was designed for tabloid print in mind. The article was written by Arthur Lubow and the design was inspired by the imagery inside the Superblue Miami Museum in Miami, Fla. The goal was to create visually intriguing and disorienting imagery, like one would experience at the exhibits.
